Welcome to IPM Gurukul. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website ipmgurukul.com, our learning management system, mobile applications (if any), and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Ready For Exam (“IPM Gurukul”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our Platform, creating an account, enrolling in any course, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use our services independently
If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform
If you are under 16, you may only use the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

2. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password)
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately at clatgurukul@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms
Each account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person

3. Course Access and Licensing

Upon valid enrolment and payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use
Course access is valid for the duration specified at the time of enrolment (typically the academic year or course period)
Some courses use a drip content delivery model, where lessons are released progressively based on your enrolment date. You will not have access to all content immediately
Offline (classroom) courses include access to live classes at the designated centre during scheduled hours. Class schedules may be modified with reasonable notice
Your course access may be revoked if you violate these Terms, fail to complete EMI payments, or if a valid refund is processed

4. Payment Terms

a) Pricing

All course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
Prices range from free (Bodh Demo, Prabodh Foundation) to Rs 71,999 (Udaan Offline) and may be updated from time to time
We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing enrolments

b) Payment Methods

Online: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, supporting UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets
Offline: Cash and UPI payments are accepted at our centres in Patna
EMI: Select courses offer EMI options. EMI terms, processing fees, and schedules are displayed at checkout

c) Payment Obligations

All payments must be made in full (or as per the agreed EMI schedule) before or at the time of access
Failed or disputed payments may result in temporary suspension of course access until the matter is resolved
For EMI purchases, failure to pay any instalment by the due date may result in suspension of course access. Access will be restored upon payment of the overdue amount

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key highlights:

Online courses: 7-day cooling-off period (max 25% content accessed)
Offline courses: 3 days from first class
Mock tests: Non-refundable after first attempt

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to course materials, video lectures, study notes, mock tests, question banks, quizzes, assignments, articles, blog posts, images, logos, graphics, software, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of IPM Gurukul / Ready For Exam or its licensors
This content is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any course content
- Record, screenshot, or screen-capture video lectures or live classes
- Share, resell, or sublicense course materials to any third party
- Upload our content to any other website, app, or platform
- Use our content for any commercial purpose
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action including claims for damages

7. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to access the Platform or extract content
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the Platform
Post abusive, defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content in community forums, activity feeds, or comments
Harass, bully, or intimidate other students, faculty, or staff through the Platform
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Cheat on quizzes, mock tests, or assignments, including using AI tools to auto-generate answers in assessed components
Submit assignments or work that is plagiarised or not your own

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these conduct rules, without refund.

8. Community Features

Our Platform includes community features such as forums, activity feeds, group discussions, and direct messaging (powered by BuddyBoss). By using these features:

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your posts, comments, and contributions within the Platform
You are solely responsible for the content you post
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines, without prior notice
We are not responsible for the accuracy, opinions, or advice provided by other users in community spaces

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components
- Any specific academic outcome, exam score, or admission result will be achieved through our courses
- All course content will always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date (though we strive to maintain high standards)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPM Gurukul and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim

10. Disclaimer

IPM Gurukul provides coaching and educational services to help students prepare for IPM and other law entrance examinations. However:

We do not guarantee admission to any college, university, or National Law University (NLU)
We do not guarantee any specific rank, score, or percentile in IPM or any other exam
Success in examinations depends on multiple factors including individual effort, aptitude, consistency, and external circumstances beyond our control
Our marketing materials, testimonials, and success stories represent individual outcomes and should not be construed as guaranteed results

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Razorpay for payments, YouTube for video content). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party websites or services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email
Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request deletion of your account

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing us at clatgurukul@gmail.com
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breach of these Terms
Upon termination:
- Your access to all courses and content will be revoked
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar, India

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at clatgurukul@gmail.com
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate formal legal proceedings in the courts of Patna, Bihar
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IPM Gurukul, Ready For Exam, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IPM Gurukul regarding your use of the Platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or communications, whether written or oral.
