• Duration: 5 years (3 years BBA + 2 years MBA)

The IIM Indore IPM was launched in 2011 and has since established itself as a premier undergraduate management programme. Graduates receive an MBA degree from IIM Indore, which carries the same prestige as the regular PGP (Post Graduate Programme) MBA.
IPMAT Indore Exam Pattern 2027
The IPMAT (Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test) is the gateway to IIM Indore IPM. The exam tests quantitative ability and verbal ability through three sections:

Eligibility Criteria for IIM Indore IPM 2027
- Academic Qualification: Minimum 60% marks in Class 10 AND Class 12 (General/EWS/OBC-NCL). Minimum 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
- Age Limit: Born on or after July 31, 2007 (i.e., 20 years or younger as on July 31, 2027) — approximate for 2027 batch
- Nationality: Indian nationals only (No NRI quota)
- Appearing candidates: Students appearing in Class 12 in 2027 are also eligible (subject to meeting percentage requirement at time of admission)
Selection Process: IPMAT to Final Admission
Stage 1 — IPMAT: Written test (QA + VA MCQs + SA) → Sectional cutoffs must be cleared
Stage 2 — WAT: Written Ability Test — essay on a given topic (25-30 minutes)
Stage 3 — PI: Personal Interview by IIM Indore faculty panel (20-30 minutes)
Final merit list is based on IPMAT score + WAT + PI + Academic performance (weighted formula)

Q: What degree do IPM graduates receive?
A: After completing 3 years (BBA phase), students receive a BBA degree. After completing all 5 years, they receive an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) degree from IIM Indore — equivalent to the regular IIM MBA.
